BGA Avocats assists the founders of MIMAT in its acquisition by the PHENOMEN group (Ticketmate)

Phenomen (Ticketmate), cancellation insurance broker for the entertainment industry adds Mimat to its portfolio, which specialised in cancellation insurance for the tourism sector, via a share for share exchange.

In this deal, Mimat and its management were advised by BGA Avocats, with Clément Guitet for the tax aspects, and Pénélope Biard, for the corporate.
